I just went to a Islamic fundraiser dinner with Siraaj Wahaj called healing and reconciliation for the group M.A.N.A ( http://www.mana-net.org ) about 2 or 3 weeks ago and it was beautiful mashaAllah. It looks like the Ummah is awakening to this issue and targeting it. InshaAllah it can get even better. Alhamdulilah in my age group and those younger than me it is not really visible. I only hope the "aunties" and "uncles" and all of our future generations can erase this evil. Salaam Alaikum mashaAllah! I thoroughly enjoyed this blog!
